È ora di sconfiggere l'assassino, i geni del sudoku! Come la versione classica del puzzle numerico, ti verrà data una griglia 9x9, che è equamente divisa in 9 quadrati. Il tuo obiettivo nel gioco è quello di mettere i numeri da 1 a 9 sugli spazi vuoti della griglia, in modo tale che i numeri non vengano ripetuti in ogni riga, ogni colonna e ogni quadrato 3x3. Inoltre, gli spazi vuoti saranno separati in gruppi da linee rosse che sono chiamate gabbie. In ciascuna delle gabbie ti verrà dato un numero e la somma dei numeri nella gabbia deve essere uguale a quel dato numero. Quando passi il mouse sul numero specificato, verranno mostrate le possibili somme come riferimento. È possibile fare clic su un numero sul tastierino numerico a sinistra della griglia per riempire uno spazio vuoto. Se si desidera rimuovere un numero precedentemente inserito, è possibile fare clic sul pulsante a croce nella parte inferiore del tastierino numerico per cancellarlo. Se non sei in grado di inserire un numero, puoi fare clic sul pulsante Suggerimento sotto la griglia per rivelare una delle risposte, ma tieni presente che per ogni suggerimento che ricevi 100 secondi verranno aggiunti al tempo che hai trascorso, come indicato nell'angolo in basso a sinistra dello schermo.
